Explore! had both short and long-term objectives they needed to achieve, as well as a desire to create a singular marketing experience regardless of the channel the customers interact with.

Who is the client?

Founded in 1981, Explore are a specialist small-group adventure holiday travel company.  They are one of the most trusted adventure tour operators in the UK and they currently have over 500 trips across 120 countries. The range of trips include walking and trekking tours to polar voyages, family adventure holidays, cycling tours to list only a few.

Our approach to the objective:


  • Through our unified marketing service, we were able to analyse the channels being marketed and identify where any gaps or overlaps may be between the services
  • Work with Explore! to create a unified marketing strategy which can be rolled out to the marketing channels to create a uniformed marketing experience
  • Each individual digital marketing channel created individual strategies which all fed into the overall unified strategy and the business objectives.  The overall performance was then managed centrally and changes made to the channel strategies when applicable to enhance the overall performance
